Ville Raitio is EVP for Investments and Portfolio Management at Lumo Homes, Finland’s largest residential real estate investor. He is responsible for Lumo’s investment strategy and its implementation, covering real estate transactions, development, overall portfolio management, as well as ESG aspects.

Ville has over 20 years of experience in real estate investment across the Nordics and Europe. Prior to joining Lumo, he held senior leadership roles at Aberdeen Standard Investments, where he co-headed the Nordic direct property business, and at ATP Real Estate, focusing on international investment strategies.

Ville holds an EMBA from Aalto University and M.Sc. (Econ.) from Helsinki School of Economics.
