RE Finland 2026
The Finnish Real Estate Summit (RE Finland) is the leading event for the Finnish real estate sector. This two-day summit covers a wide range of topics from investment and financing to construction and real estate services.
RE Finland brings together timely themes, insightful presentations, and high-quality networking in a relaxed and engaging atmosphere. The focus is on current challenges, innovative solutions, and practical perspectives for the future of the industry.

Time and place
RE Finland will take place at Tampere Hall in Tampere, Finland on 5-6 November 2026.
Participation fee and registration
Seminar fee is 1450 € + VAT 25,5 % (total 1819,75€).
The participation fee includes:
- Access to the full two-day seminar programme at Tampere Hall
- Refreshments during the seminar and the dinner on Thursday evening
- Opportunities to meet and network with 600–700 real estate and construction industry leaders, decision-makers and experts
- Presentation materials shared by the speakers after the event
Seminar programme
The two-day programme offers timely perspectives on the future of the real estate and construction industry, international markets and changes in the operating environment. It includes expert presentations, keynote speeches and panel discussions.
On Thursday afternoon, participants can choose between parallel programme tracks.
The programme includes sessions in both Finnish and English. Sessions with English-language titles will be held in English.

Evening programme
The evening programme begins with an afterwork event in Piazza after Thursday’s seminar sessions. You are welcome to join directly after the programme or later according to your own schedule.
After the afterwork event, participants will gather for dinner in Sorsapuistosali at Tampere Hall. Seating is generally unreserved, although a few tables will be reserved separately. The evening continues at Tampere Hall, giving you more time to connect with both new and familiar faces – without having to move to another venue.
Practical information
- Dress code: We recommend dressing comfortably. Many participants choose business casual for the seminar days. For Thursday evening, you may either continue in the same outfit or change into something more suitable for the occasion, whichever you prefer. You can view photos from last year’s event.
- Name badge: You will receive your name badge at the registration desk when you arrive at Tampere Hall. Please wear it throughout the event, including the afterwork and dinner. If you lose your badge, you can request a replacement from the registration desk.
- Accommodation: We recommend booking your accommodation well in advance. Special rates are available at the RE Finland’s partner hotels. Accommodation is not included in the participation fee and must be booked directly with the hotel. Explore the accommodation options ››
Getting to Tampere Hall
Tampere Hall is located close to Tampere city centre, approximately 500 metres from the railway and bus stations. Address: Yliopistonkatu 55, 33100 Tampere
- By train: Tampere Hall is approximately a 10-minute walk from Tampere railway station. Follow the signs to Tampere Hall.
- By tram: The nearest tram stops are Tulli and Sammonaukio.
- By car: Nearby parking facilities include P-Tampere-talo, P-Tullintori and P-Hämppi.
Please note that temporary traffic arrangements will be in place around Tampere railway station during 2026.

Cancellations and transferring your registration
All cancellations must be made by email to vuosiseminaari@kiinko.fi.
If you are unable to attend, your registration may be transferred to another person within the same organisation. Please notify us of the change by email to receive further instructions.
Registrations made by 15 June 2026
Early Bird registrations may be cancelled free of charge until 22 June 2026.
A confirmation will be sent by email after the Early Bird registration period has ended. The participation fee will be invoiced after the cancellation period, with a payment term of 30 days.
Registrations made from 16 June 2026 onwards
Registrations made at the standard rate may be cancelled free of charge until 22 October 2026.
The participation fee will be invoiced after the cancellation period has ended.
