Adam Tyrcha

Head of Research, Newsec

Dr. Adam Tyrcha just turned 30 this year but has already achieved a great deal in the real estate industry. He combined his Ph.D. studies in Land Economy from Cambridge with part-time work at Newsec, the largest real estate consultancy in the Nordics and Baltics. After graduating in 2018, he secured the position of Head of Research at Newsec. Not long after, he took on the role of Head of Research and Strategic Analysis.

It did not take long for noticeable changes to become visible. Clients and assignments, as well as revenue, started to increase, along with the team, which as of today has grown to 10 employees. Known for being an inspirational industry leader with immense knowledge of the Swedish real estate market, he and his team have exceeded all expectations.

It was therefore not a surprise when, at the age of 28, he became a Partner at both Newsec and its holding company, Stronghold Invest. Adam has won numerous awards and recognitions, including being named a Nova 111 Winner and Jury’s Choice in the category of Investments & Real Estate, as well as one of the ”35 Talents under 35” by the Swedish industry magazine FastighetsNytt.
