Antti Tainio

Head of Workplace Management Finland, Nordea

Antti Tainio is responsible of Workplace Management (First Vice President) in Finland and Estonia at Nordea Bank. He has 30 years’ experience in financial and banking industry. Antti has worked as branch office manager in Retail Banking in Union Bank of Finland and Merita Bank and  since 1998 he has had  Nordic responsibilities in Electronic Banking, Capital Markets and Group People at Nordea. He has been also Nordea’s representative in European Central Bank’s Operations Manager Group and Contact Group on Euro Securities Infrastructure.

Through his various leader roles he has had possibilities to participate and influence in the development of the financial services, processes as well as working environment and workplace management
