Kaisu vetää konsulttitalo JLL:llä Arviointi ja Strateginen Konsultointi -liiketoimintayksikköä ja on JLL Suomen johtoryhmän jäsen sekä hallituksen puheenjohtaja. Kaisu on toiminut kiinteistöalalla noin 20 vuotta, joista vuosia erilaisissa johtorooleissa toimien esihenkilönä useammalle kymmenelle henkilölle. Koulutukseltaan Kaisu on DI sekä KTM ja on lisäksi suorittanut lukuisia johtamiseen liittyviä opintokokonaisuuksia viimeisimpänä muun muassa Neuroleadship Finlandin coachaus-opinnot. Kaisu on kiinnostunut psykologiasta sekä aivotieteestä ja pyrkii yhdistämään tämän tietämyksen päivittäiseen työhönsä kiinteistöalalla. Kaisu on yksi ELRE ry:n neljästä perustajajäsenestä.
