Eva Lempinen is a Portfolio Manager at OP Real Estate Asset Management, where she has been managing real estate equity and credit fund investments since beginning of 2012. With over a decade of experience in the real estate investment space, Eva has built a strong expertise in portfolio construction, fund analysis, and active portfolio management. In early 2025, Eva’s responsibilities expanded to include private alternative investments, with a focus on global private equity and private credit, reflecting her growing specialization in broader alternative asset classes. She holds a Master’s degree in Finance from the University of Oulu and is recognized for her analytical rigor and strategic approach to investment management.
