Blake Anderson-Buntz is Managing Director of Horwath HTL, Norway and has a 30-year+ career in the hotel industry, including working for Radisson Hotels & Resorts-Head Office & Regional Office (Russia, CIS, The Baltics & Finland). He’s built and managed his own, hotel and hospitality consulting company (20-year+) with more than 400 projects that includes building 23 hotels and taking them from idea to financial success. ​

Within the Horwath HTL network, he focuses on Scandinavia and has experience from Scandinavia, EU, Central Eastern Europe and the CIS countries. His specializations are, hotel development, asset management, general/hotel management and operations. ​

Blake is focused on strategic and operational advisory to all types of hotel owners and developers, including public, private and semi-private entities, investment funds, family offices and sovereign investment funds. The focus is always on cash-flow, profit, value generation and service excellence. Providing comprehensive, strategic, operational and practical advice that achieves the desired results for the project owner.

​In addition, Blake helps owners develop their own management companies and hotel chains. This includes, but is not limited to, building the management structures, developing unique working processes, loyalty programs, distributions systems, control systems, branding, marketing and more.  He uses his experience, creativity and determination, to always find the best possible solution that creates financial success. ​
