Senior Associate , CBRE Investment Management

Alex is a Senior Associate at CBRE Investment Management, based in London and working in the European research team. His role includes the production of pan European sector, market and thematic views, city level growth and return forecasts, and supporting fund management teams in investment strategy and underwriting new opportunities. Alex works across a range of European products at the firm, including direct and indirect real estate funds, separate accounts and REITS.

Alex has worked in real estate research since 2012, with former positions at fund manager M&G Real Estate, advising on European core, long income, and value add strategies, as well as consultancy firm Property Market Analysis, where he developed and presented market forecasts to clients from the fund management and banking sectors.

Alex is a CFA charterholder, holds the IMC and has a first‐class BA (Hons) degree in History from the University of Leeds. He is a member of the CFA UK Society, Investment Property Forum (IPF) and Urban Land Institute (ULI).
